Work With Me

1:1 SESSIONS

I’m available on a limited basis to work 1:1 with clients.

To make sure my style and work matches your needs I ask for a 1/2 hour initial checking-each-other-out session (at no cost to you). Research has shown being comfortable and feeling safe with your mentor or teacher are imperative for learning and growing. This is especially true related to issues where you feel vulnerable and lack confidence. That’s why it’s important to feel safe with the person who’s working with you.

I’ll be your mentor and confidence-building partner. We’ll figure out what beliefs you have that cause you to get stuck in your negative stuff, and we’ll create a strategy that gives you a clear line of sight to your goals.

If you’re style of learning is best 1:1 and you need individualized accountability this is the best approach.  The fee for two 60-minute sessions per month with email support in between is $377 per month. A one-month commitment works well for a specific issue/problem to be dealt with, such as fear of a new project you’ve taken on.

For more generalized confidence issues, for example if you want to start taking more risks, a commitment to longer-term coaching (6 months) is available for a reduced rate of $347 per month.

WEEKEND RETREATS

Dates for 2012′s two kick-butt confidence retreats will be out by the end of January. Spring and fall retreats are always the favorite.

While planning these with a colleague, she said “maybe we should tell everyone to bring a hammer for Busting Up Some Preconceived Notions and ‘Shoulds’”. Duck your heads, some garbage will be flying.

I’m already jazzed about getting together for fun, inspiration and, of course, action!
